UK 304s

Advertised for a shade under £3500 on C & C with full MOT, this 304 is described as having a 'solid body' and 'sound engine', and in need of 'some light refurbishment'. A decent 304 waiting for the beauty treatment perhaps?

The black highlight stripe repeats on the boot lid.

Interior refurbishment could be good fun for it's new owner.

LGJ 75P has been owned by a Peugeot enthusiast since 2004. More details to follow.

01/08/1975 SORN Last MOT 2015

A good looking 304, in Peugeot moss green. It is a well cared for example with plenty of miles behind it. Once blue, it has been resprayed to moss green - possibly, though not certainly, in the 1990s.

Everything looks good on this fine 304 Cab.

Tonneau cover finishes off the hood-down look.

Refinished in Peugeot Moss Green after a previous life in blue.

In present owner's care since around 1998.

15/01/74 On The Road

Believed restored, TOT 749M looks in fine shape and complete with a few little quirks to make it unique. It even boasts a pair of rear seat belts. Advertised on C & C Sept 2020 for an asking price of £7000, Northern Ireland.

GOR 301N is a metalic beige (Gold) 304 first registered November 1974. It has been off road for many years, but is now undergoing a full nut and bolt restoration by it's Peugeot technician owner. With thanks to Steve for the images.

As you can see, a full restoration is under way.

01/11/1974 Off road for full restoration

Offered for sale at £4500 ono via the Club Peugeot web site Nov 2016, this 304 has been off road for a few years but comes with plenty of parts both fitted and spare. First registered shown as 2003, but manufactured 1973.

Gov records state 'cream', but I've classed as 'white'.

Seller stated there is no major body damage.

Refurbed soft top, also hard top (damaged glass).

24/06/03 Off road MOT expired 2010.

UDR 313L is a 1973 304 Cab, originally corn yellow, that has been off road since arond 2003 after suffering big end problems. The owner describes it as being in the 'barn find' category and is looking to sell - along with spare engines.

10/07/1973 Off road Last tax 2003.

This image (date unkown) shows NDL700M in red, but Gov records state green. Since I don't know the age of the image, it could be either. I've listed the car as red, and hope the owner will be in touch :) Photo credit Andrew Bone.

OGL 475L has been off road for a number of years, but the owner tells me he hopes to restore the vehicle in 2017 after which it will be moved to a their holiday home in France and used when they visit. Magnifique!

With the present owner since the mid 1990s, restoration is planned.

Once on the road, it may move 'back home' to France.

10/01/1973 Off road Tax expired 2001.

A special 304 cab takes the number 100 spot - a lovely 304 owned by the membership secretary of club peugeot uk. My thanks also to previous owner Janet Beech for sending pic 4, showing SCK prior to restoration work.

NOTE RE 'ON THE ROAD' STATUS

In 2018 older cars - including the 304s - were made exempt from MOT tests. It is therefore not possible to accurately state the current on the road status via DVLA records. Where 'on the road' is shown, the car had passed an MOT test at least once between Jan 2015 and April 2018. So this is a mothballed snap shot of each car's status in 2018/2019 - it may well be different by the time you read this.
